Stewardship and Engagement

This annual report is made on behalf of the SG Kleinwort Hambros Bank Limited (“Kleinwort Hambros”), which includes SG Kleinwort Hambros Bank Limited and SG Kleinwort Hambros Bank Limited, Gibraltar Branch. 

For the calendar year 2024, where investing in shares on behalf of investors:

  • AGMs: SG Kleinwort Hambros did not vote at any Annual General Meetings.
  • EGMs: In respect of Extraordinary General Meetings where voting was undertaken, SG Kleinwort Hambros voted in favour of 87% resolutions in line with management recommendations.  

In total SG Kleinwort Hambros voted at 23 EGMS in 2024, further detail of our voting actions is available upon request.  None of those votes were material due to the size of the holding in the company and the subject matter.
