Fostering a culture of innovation

One of our priorities as a responsible employer is to develop our young talent.  In 2021, we launched the NEXCO (Next Generation Executive Committee) which allows 13 selected Analysts and Associates to work alongside the Executive Committee on strategic assignments, providing them an excellent opportunity for learning and increasing their visibility across the organisation.
